April 25-28! The City Nature Challenge is a community science endeavour hosted each April by the Canadian Wildlife Federation and utilizing the citizen science app iNaturalist.ca.  Participants can join iNaturalist.ca or log onto their account if already a member, join the City Nature Challenge Project of their choice, and take and upload photos of plants and animals and funga they see from April 25-28th.  Experts will confirm the identify of their sightings.  City Nature Challenges will take place in the Greater Charlottetown Area (Charlottetown, Cornwall and Stratford) and the Greater Summerside Area (Summerside to Kensington), but *any* observations across the Island will still help document and promote biodiversity!
