Time for Nature

We recently received this note from the Nature Conservancy of Canada and are sharing the information as well as encouraging people to get involved with this new initiative.\"Image\"

Hello,

I work for the Nature Conservancy of Canada, the nation’s leading not-for-profit, private land conservation organization working to protect our most important natural areas and the plants and animals they sustain. We’re hoping to shareur conservation message withas many Canadians as possible and your organization could help us do that.

Right now we have an exciting initiative to share with you called Time for Nature. To celebrate our 50th anniversary, NCC is challenging Canadians to incorporate nature into their summer vacation plans, and to share those experiences through an interactive map on our Time for Nature website: Whether hiking, birding, camping, canoeing, or simply exploring the nature in your backyard, each Time for Nature story shared on our website will inspire
others to reconnect with the natural world. Check out our press release for more information.

I’d like to invite you to spread the word about Time for Nature, either sharing your own story with us or letting your members know about this great campaign to get Canadians outside. Feel free to share this information in your newsletter, on your website or your social media channels.

Please let me know if I can provide you with any further information. I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
Best regards,
Melissa Noonan
